Each tile produced by Terrapin Tile is handmade to order. Our low relief tiles and handcut field tiles are great for accenting your installation. Each tile has a notch in the back for ease to allow for hanging as a single art piece.

You may pay for your handmade tiles by credit card (VISA or Mastercard,), check or US Money Order.

A 50% NON-refundable deposit is required for all orders over $200.

Each tile is handmade to order.

Most decorative tile orders require 3-5 weeks to produce, but many often ship sooner.

Field tile orders require 4+weeks to produce. Please allow 6-8 weeks for large or complicated field tile orders.

As with all art glazes, our glazes vary in shade, hue, and surface.

Terrapin Tile recommends you order sample tiles ($1 each-a 2x2 field tile) to avoid any surprises when your order arrives.

Small orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Estimated shipping costs are calculated by the shopping cart, actual shipping costs may be more.

Large orders are shipped via UPS Ground. UPS rates vary by weight & shipping zone. Therefore, estimated shipping costs will be sent once your order is received. Actual shipping costs may vary due to surcharges added by UPS.

Returns/Exchanges are only granted on items damaged in delivery.

Each tile order is made to order. Accomodations for rush orders can be made, as our schedule allows.
